Year In Review

1. We began the end of Q1 with the TRB Team. The Root Brands Team (or Thomas, Rahm, Baker Team) emerged with big goals and strategies to move our mission forward on a world stage in the midst of a health scare. The game-changer of course was the addition of Dr. Christina Rahm, whose life work has prepared her for this very moment in time. Her knowledge, expertise, outstanding formulations, her heart, and her light, are exactly what the world needs right now – and we are blessed to have her at ROOT! Clayton and Ted, 2 brilliant minds with hearts to match, hit the ground running and are bringing the ROOT vision to reality each passing day. With the TRB Team in the lead, 2022 does indeed promise to be bright with new products, new markets, new promotions, and many new milestones. Are you ready?

2. April and the start of Q2 began with the launch of Restore and the birth of The Trinity. Restore, the sachet of liquid gold which produces remarkable bodily outcomes both inside and out, brought Quantum Nano Emulsion Technology (QNET) to the forefront. Dr. Rahm’s use of cutting-edge technologies as well as the highest quality natural ingredients positioned ROOT as a leader in the global health marketplace.

The marriage of our 3 signature products in our most popular collection, The Trinity, demonstrates how nature and the body synergistically work together to provide the support, and the protection your body needs to function at its best. Eliminating harmful toxins, supporting the brain and gut health, and adding back in the important micronutrients needed to support healthy cells and a healthy body – ROOT created the recipe for a healthier you.

3. May – September brought the back office rebuild, a necessary and critical upgrade that will make our infrastructure scalable to support the massive growth we are already seeing. Most companies prepare for a dip when undergoing a structural change as extensive as ours. Thanks to you, our incredible ROOT COMMUNITY, we experienced month over month increases in customers and sales volume in the 20-30% range month over month, with an increased average order over $200!

4. Q4 has no doubt been our most productive period with milestones and record-breaking sales volumes. Clayton and Ted introduced ROOT Prime Subscription (RPS), the ROOT auto-ship, and a premier customer loyalty program. The program is based on 2 simple principles – Gratitude and Better Outcomes. We understand our products work synergistically together, and of course, the more you use ROOT products, the better the outcomes. We combined this principle with a series of benefits and rewards as means to say Thank You for using our brand. Rewards include dedicated customer service, shipping tokens automatically applied to reduce your cost of shipping, cashback rewards after 4 months of auto-ships and dedicated use of ROOT products, first access to new products, and a dedicated monthly call exclusively for RPS Members.

RPS on the flip side means happier and healthier customers, as well as a stable business. To compare, our previous program SmartShip had at its peak 200 members on auto-ship. In our last count, ROOT Prime has swelled to nearly 1900 members, which for you math geeks is over a 900% increase in just 30 days! I can’t spill the biscuits yet, but I hear there are some exciting things about to be announced in the new year to DRIVE more customers to RPS.

5. November was an exciting month with RPS Members having first access to 2 new products: NATURAL BARRIER SUPPORT and RELIVE GREENS. Natural Barrier Support combines Zinc, Vitamin D3, and Vitamin C, to work as a blockade against infections, inflammatory diseases and boost the immune system. ReLive Greens is a powerhouse of superfoods, prebiotics & probiotics working in synergy to support a healthy immune system and metabolism. Both products have been in high demand since their initial release and are being delivered around the globe to many excited RPS customers. Again, look for big announcements to come.

6. November and December close out this monumental year with huge milestones for the entire ROOT COMMUNITY and we couldn’t be more grateful to all who brought ROOT to the world. You have much to be proud of for 2021, and we are filled with gratitude and appreciation. Cheers to all of you for a memorable year and many blessings for 2022!
